JHSF Participacoes is a public enterprise that falls under the recurrent revenue and real estate industry. The company was founded in 1972. Since its formation, JHSF has hosted and provided leadership opportunities to various people. The key individuals in the organization include Eduardo Camara who is the company’s president from 2014. Another personality in JHSF is Jose Auriemo Neto, the company’s chairman of the director’s board. JHSF’s has played a significant role in the creation of jobs for the Brazilians. At the moment, JHSF has approximately five hundred employees. Its market value rose to approximate $1.20 billion by the end of 2016.

JHSF was the first real estate firm to focus on recurrent income assets made up of shopping centers operation, airline constructions, management of five-star hotels and the pioneering of housing projects. The company operates in Brazilian markets in Sao Paulo, Manaus, and Salvador. Additionally, JHSF is globally recognized in the United States and Uruguay. Not only is JHSF known but also appreciated by being awarded different prizes. Between 2012 and 2014, JHSF was honored with six incentives from various groups. The six awards include the PINI stock exchange, Epoca Negocios 360 as Brazil’s best company and award by Aqua Seal Environmental Profile among others.

In 2009, Jose Auriemo Neto oversaw the company’s first retail activity by entering into collaboration with three exclusive personnel namely Pucci, Hermes and Jimmy Choo. The partnership pioneered the opening of JHSF Cidade Jardim shopping complex. The business went on until 2012 when they initiated a new member. Auriemo Neto and his colleagues added Valentino into their group. Together, the four experts launched the first R.E.D Valentino stores in Brazil.

Jose AuriemoNeto went to the University of Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP). After school, Jose began his profession in 1993 as a JHSF worker. After four years, Jose Neto was promoted to a JHSF’s executive position. The young corporate leader put Mr. Auriemo Neto in charge of the company’s services sector. The executive founded a parking lot known as Parkbem; Jose Auriemo Neto managed it. Following the achievements of the car park, Jose acquired a right to set up a shopping destination. He utilized the opportunity well and built Shopping Santa Cruz that successfully grew in the Brazilian market.
