In 2013, Lori Senecal was awarded Quantum Leap award for innovation and leadership. In 2014, she was named to “Women to Watch” list of Advertising Age. Lori is also an Ad Council Board of Directors member. At the 3% Conference in November 2016, Lori said that women face strong criticism due to male-dominated culture, but her co-workers have always supported her management style and decisions.
